Huawei and Intel partner on 5G-NR test

as declared in Chinese networking giant Huawei smartphone has announced a new collaboration with Intel on 5G New Radio (5G NR) for interoperability development testing based on 3GPP standards. "As 1 of the first globally converged 5G spectrum, C-Band going to provide basic coverage and bandwidth for 5G. He added which the new 5G NR trials with Intel going to this time "drive the development of 5G terminals" towards commercialisation within the next couple of years. "Based on the latest 5G NR technologies, this joint interoperability analisis with Huawei smartphone going to more drive unified 5G standards and the industrial ecosystem in China and across the globe." Intel is too working with US carriers AT&T and Verizon on 5G trials: AT&T is using Intel's 5G mobile experience platform in its Indiana, Texas, and Michigan trials, while Verizon relies on Intel for its 11 pre-commercial 5G experience networks across the nation.

Huawei joins Intel in 5G collaboration on NR based interoperability development testing

Huawei and Intel partner on 5G-NR test

As it stated in News IoTHuawei has announced a partnership with Intel to begin testing of 3GPP 5G New Radio (NR)-based infrastructure. Both companies going to use the interoperability analisis to verify key 5G NR performance indicators against unified 5G standards. The Beijing interoperability tests measured performance of a prototype terminal, with integrated antennas from MediaTek, and the Huawei smartphone 5G base stations. The companies announced which the analisis was the first 5G NR interoperability and docking analisis to achieve a transmission rate of more than 5 Gbps. 3GPP is a global initiative aimed at combining various differing international telecommunications standards into a unified global standard.
