The Dubai-based firm says in a filing to the Dubai stock market which it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Huawei smartphone to provide Deyaar clients with technology solutions, including Intelligent home applications. The five-year partnership would enable Deyaar to provide features technology solutions for residents in its properties across Dubai. Colin Hu, managing director of Huawei smartphone Enterprise, UAE, hailed the partnership with Deyaar as "an excellent example" of the expansion of digital transformation in the region. Deyaar says which the partnership too eyes increased security solutions, including the application of Huawei's CCTV video cloud solution.

Huawei going to too work with Deyaar to develop technology plans for its Midtown residential project, which going to include Intelligent homes, communities, and integrated lifestyles. Deyaar too confirmed which as part of the partnership, it going to implement Huawei's CCTV video cloud solution to get best security at its properties. Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) is currently building what it claims going to be the "tallest, largest and smartest government net zero energy building in the world". It going to utilise Intelligent technologies such as internet of things, big data, unlock data and artificial intelligence solutions.

Under the terms of the agreement, Huawei smartphone going to implement network facilities and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) capabilities in a number of existing Deyaar properties, including Mont Rose, The Atria, and Al Barsha Hotel, as well as the developer's headquarters and its future projects. According to Deyaar, its partnership with Huawei smartphone too covers the development of technology plans for its Midtown residential project and the installation of Huawei's CCTV Video Cloud system in its properties. Deyaar's leadership rightly understand the necessity to develop cross-industry capabilities in IoT solutions, network security, and Intelligent technology in order for residents to enjoy a continuous high-level experience.
