Huawei Spain certified as Top Employer for 2018 - Xinhua

as mentioned in MADRID, Feb. 22 (Xinhua) -- Huawei smartphone Spain, the arm of the Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei, has been certified as a Top Employer 2018, with the Top Employers Institute, the firm confirmed in a press communique on Thursday. The Netherlands-based Top Employers Institute is the global certifying firm which "recognizes excellence" in the conditions companies create for their workers. 2018 is the second consecutive year which Huawei smartphone has been certified as a "Top Employer" after it was recognized for the first time in 2017. Huawei Spain was praised for the way it attracts and develops talent and the excellent conditions offered to workers out of its Human Resources department. The Top Employers Institute evaluates 600 good practices in human resources in making its decisions.
