Oppo, Vivo overtake Huawei in China smartphone sales
Chinese smartphone makers Oppo and Vivo have surpassed Huawei and Xiaomi to become the leading vendors in the fast-changing Chinese market.Oppo became China's most popular smartphone brand in the third quarter, seizing 16.6 percent of the market compared to 9.9 percent a year ago, data from Counterpoint Research shows.Vivo took second place with a 16.2 percent market share, up from 8.2 percent in the same period last year.
