The judge ordered Samsung Electronics to immediately stop selling or manufacturing products using the technology and to pay a small court fee. Huawei Technologies Ltd.'s headquarters is in Shenzhen, in southern China across the border from Hong Kong.As it stated in Huawei filed the lawsuits at the court in May 2016. The court says Huawei smartphone owned the 2 4G patents and Samsung violated Huawei's patent rights. The court too found which Samsung maliciously delayed negotiations and was obviously at fault. The court says the case was 1 of the most complicated IPR cases in the world. Samsung, Huawei smartphone and Apple are the world's leading smartphone makers.
