The Huawei smartphone Mate 9 is 1 such smartphone and it's currently getting an upgrade in the US. Unlocked models for GSM networks are receiving Android Oreo as we speak. We don't have an official changelog for this update, but we do know it's for Android 8.0 Oreo. The upgrade too brings EMUi up to version 8.0.
